The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation is a 72,500 square foot facility built to serve the community goals of Southeast San Diego neighborhoods. Turpin & Rattan Engineering, Inc. provided design services for this three-story multi-purpose facility featuring community meeting areas, multi-purpose rooms, and a large main hall on the first floor.
